2. Incremental encoders usually have three signal outputs (six signals with a difference of six), generally using TTL level, pulse A in front, pulse B behind. Pulse A and pulse B differ by 90 degrees, and a Z pulse is emitted per revolution, which can be used as a reference mechanical zero point. Generally, B leads A and lead B or A are used to determine the direction. Our incremental encoder is defined as a shaft end encoder that rotates clockwise to forward rotation, a leading B is 90°, and B leads counterclockwise rotation of 90°. 3. Using PLC to collect data, high-speed counting module can be selected; Using industrial computer to collect data, high-speed counting board can be selected; When using a microcontroller to collect data, it is recommended to select an input port with an optocoupler.
4. It is recommended that the B pulse be a forward (forward) pulse, the A pulse is a reverse (reverse) pulse, and the Z origin is a zero pulse.
5. Set up the counting stack in the electronic device.
