Solid shaft encoder |
1. An elastic soft connection is used between the encoder shaft and the output shaft of the user end to avoid damage to the encoder shaft and disk due to the serial movement and runout of the user shaft. 2. Pay attention to the permissible shaft load during installation 3. It should be ensured that the different axial degrees of the encoder shaft and the user output shaft are less than 0.20mm, and the deviation angle from the axis is less than 1.5°. 4. It is strictly forbidden to shock and hit during the installation, so as not to damage the shaft and disk.
Hollow shaft encoder |
1. To avoid rigid connection with the encoder, spring should be used. 2. During installation, the encoder should be gently pushed into the quilt shaft, and it is strictly forbidden to hit with a hammer to avoid damage to the shaft and disk. 3. In long-term use, please check whether the spring is loose relative to the encoder; and if the screws of the encoder are loose.

Electrical instruction
1. The ground wire should be as thick as possible, generally larger than φ3. 2. Do not overlap the output lines of the encoder to avoid damaging the output circuit. 3. Do not connect the signal line of the encoder to the DC power supply or AC current, so as not to damage the output circuit. 4. Motors and other equipment connected to the encoder should be well grounded and free of static electricity. 5. Use shielded cables when wiring. 6. Before using the encoder, you should check carefully whether the product manual matches the encoder model and the wiring is correct. 7. For long-distance transmission, the signal attenuation factor should be considered, and the output method with low output impedance and strong anti-interference ability should be selected. 8. Avoid use in strong electromagnetic waves environment.
Environment instruction
1. The encoder is a precision instrument. When using it, pay attention to whether there are vibration sources and interference sources around. 2. Encoders should not be splashed with water, oil, etc., and a protective cover should be added if necessary. 3. Please pay attention to whether the ambient temperature and humidity are within the requirements of the instrument.
