The characteristic of Optics Encoder
·Small volume、light weight、many varieties、complete function、high response、high resolution、strong bearing、small moment、low energy consumption、stable property、reliable、long service life etc.
Classification form:
·Types:Incremental (ZKT、ZKD)、Absolute (JXW)、Partial angle(FZX)。
·Structural performance:Hollow-shaft(ZKT、ZKK)、Shaft(LEC、FZX)。
·Usage:Motor (ZKD)、Machine tool(ZXF)、Elevator(ZKT)。
Incremental encoder:
·Incremental rotary encoders supply a certain number of pulses for each shaft revolution. And differentiate the rotate direction and add or subtract the numbers of the pulses can use judgment circuit or counter .
·Any dot can be set for the count dot, and can use multiturn to accomplish limitless increase and measure. The Z channel can be used machine index.
·If need to increase the revolution but the pulses are fixed, can use A,B channels to multiplier frequency
·When you order the Incremental encoders, please mark out the detailed for the model、the pulses per revolution、supply voltage、termination、signal output way,and please pay attention to the machinery size.

Absolute encoder:
·Absolute encoders provide a distinctly coded numerical value for each shaft position. Moreover, refernce runs when the machine is switched on or after a power failure are no loner required as the current position value is available immediately.
·When order the Absolute encoder, please not only mark out the model but also mark out the function No. and dismember No.(or bits).
